Dyan Dxddy (the “Label”) provides a non-exclusive music distribution platform, administrative tools, and optional YouTube Content ID enrollment, subject to these terms.
Artists retain ownership of their masters unless otherwise agreed in writing. This agreement licenses the Label to distribute and administer selected content.
No guarantee of placements, revenue, editorial features, or marketing outcomes is made. Efforts are commercially reasonable.
Content must comply with DSP policies, applicable laws, and these terms. Unlicensed samples or infringing material are prohibited.
Artists are responsible for account security. The Label may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraud.
No illegal, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content; no stream manipulation or fraud.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
